If there is one dish in Batangas I missed most, it's the "goto". Correct me if I'm wrong coz I'm not sure, I think goto is only served and originate in Batangas. In Manila, when you say goto, they will served you a lugaw(rice poridge). For us, this is just like an arrozcaldo. Batangas original goto consists of cow's internal organs cooked with the best ingredients. I cannot describe you how it taste, but if you're planning to visit Batangas, you better put this on top of your menu list.
