Darasa Fiesta Resort was once a fruit bearing farm of all sorts, like mangoes, rambutan, lanzones, banana and guyabano. Though it was a good source of business, the owner opted to think of a business that would be more lucrative. Since there are no resorts in the vicinity they thought that it would be a good business that we put up a resort. Construction started in September 3, 2002. They had to clear almost 2 hectares of fruit bearing land with the permission of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). Construction lasted for 6 months and they finally opened doors to the public on March 27, 2003. They started with just 2 swimming pools, cottages and a restaurant, after a few months they finally opened their family rooms for overnight accomodations and another few months they opened their open function hall.

Over the years they have added facilities in the resort to further enhance our place. They now have a hotel with coffee shop, dormitory rooms, airconed function room, camping grounds, 40ft. rappelling tower, slide for life and opening soon wall climbing. They are still in the process of developing our resort to make it a better place.

Darasa Fiesta Resort

If more Filipinos will write about their own provinces like you do, then more Filipinos will appreciate the Philippines better. Unknowingly, by continuing with your Batangas blog, you are making a significant impact to our nationalism. Go Philippines!

THIS PLACE SUCKS, DONT EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE HACIENDA DARASA. THERE ARE SEX PERVERTS IN THIS PLACE. THEIR ROOM HAVE PEEPING HOLES. WITHOUT YOU KNOWING, SOMEONE IS WATCHING YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES BEHIND THE WALLS, INVADING YOUR PRIVACY. WHO KNOWS WHAT OTHER MALICIOUS THINGS THEY ARE CAPABLE OF DOING. TOTALLY DISGUSTING AND WITHOUT RESPECT, IS THAT HOW THEY VALUE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS. WOULD YOU ENTRUST YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS IN THIS KIND OF PLACE? AND BESIDES, FACILITIES ARE WAY BELOW STANDARDS, AND SO ARE THE STAFF, SO BETTER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT’S DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT, MORE SO WITH THE RISKS.
