WE were there last month, April 2010, maganda yung place kaya lang di maintained yung mga cottages nila like, di lumalamig yung ref, yung banyo, di well maintained, then hassles kasi nakabook kami sa isang cottage then pagdating namin may nakabook na iba, wala silang coordination, sana maimprove kasi maganda yung place, panalo talaga, yun lang maintenance ng nga cottages at mga staff dapat may coordination..

this place was superb! We went here last month our original plan was to spend our summer trip in laiya but due to long driving hours we have decided to look for another place nearby, what you see in their site http://www.lavirginiaresort.com/ is true.. wala editing the price is affordable and short travel time.. just take highway in sto thomas then exit sa lipa tpos airbase maybe from there 10-15 minutes andon kna.. u can also bring ur own food .. ayos ito highly recommended!

in there rules it was stated no bottled beverages are allowed inside the premises but when we got there, there were beer drinkers in the pool area and a threat to those swimming nearby because they were drunk men lying in the pool side.what a disgust seeing those drunk men...we have been to a few vacations from bellaroca resort and spa, villa escudero, tagaytay dominique hotels, and in boracay i havent seen this a bad image of a hotel before.... get up batanguenoes hello....

the place IS beautiful BUT the SERVICE is really bad, don't waste your time to drive up all the way unless if you want to experience a hellish service in your own expense!
will never recommend to anybody at all....if you still want to visit THAT place have someone to pay your entrance, that way you won't feel that bad... watch their dirty mouth!

Is it, we have to pay for entrance fee? Is it ok to look around sight seeing?
